Performance Emotional Quotient (PEQ) Assessment beta is now available.

WAXAHACHIE, TX October 28, 2008

SkillsNET, a leader in Human Capital Management and personnel assessment tools announced today the availability of the long awaited Performance Emotional Quotient (PEQ) assessment. The PEQ is now another offering of the SaaS service SkillsNET offers its clients. The PEQ measures a unique blend of both emotional and performance-based attributes associated with successful behaviors on the job that can immediately be used in employee development.  The PEQ also incorporates a “service to others” component previously unseen in workplace assessments.
SkillsNET is now offering the PEQ beta to qualified organizations to identify key attributes of individuals and their impact on organizational performance.

“SkillsNET, Dr. Jim Underwood, and Dr. Les Carter have developed the PEQ to help organizations utilize and leverage employee strengths, minimize personnel deficiencies, and ensure that individual development is targeted where the organization needs it most”, stated Dr. John Henderson, Vice President and Director of Industrial Psychology Services (IPS).  He added, “The PEQ has the potential to change the assessment landscape and provide organizations unusual visibility to employee performance traits and tendencies.”

To become an approved PEQ beta participant contact Dr. Henderson today.
